At CraftBadges (“we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to provide high-quality custom products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be granted.

1. Custom Products

All products are custom-made based on your specifications.

👉 Because of this, all sales are generally final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selections made by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, size, or design

2. Order Approval Responsibility

Before production begins:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs
  • Once approved, the order cannot be changed or canceled

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is defective
  • The item received differs significantly from the approved design
  • The wrong item was sent

4. Claim Process

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the product

We may deny claims submitted after this period.

5. Refund Method

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our fault

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.
